about everything. If you're inept enough that you can't get his
message from 30bad and his blog, then what you need is
accountability, not any special advice. People are essentially
paying to have a high profile babysitter who makes sure they
follow some very basic advice: sleep water sugar exercise. It's
that simple.. But some people can't follow simple yet hard to
follow advice unless they have someone who has succeeded at
what they're doing keeping them accountable.

I'd say most of us have gotten at least 3k worth of advice and
example from Harley. (not that I'd pay it, just saying I wouldn't
have succeeded on lfrv if not for him and his forum)
