I thought that you did this actually. I heard that you don't eat when you wake but wait until later after a workout. Essencially skipping breakfast. That would be one way to intermittent fast apparently. I think I may try it and see if I can stick to a restricted calorie amount. I think the foods you recommend are ideal however I don't seem to lose weight. Not that I have a lot to lose but 15-20 more would be ideal for me.
