The subject might sound strange coming from a male but I am very curious as to what happens to a woman who gets pregnant and why she has so much difficulty in continuing on 811 after some time.

I know at least 3 or 4 women who were said to be following the 811 diet (I know they could have been on any diet but they all 'claimed' to be on a diet close to 811). They got pregnant and then fell off the wagon in a big way. They all claimed to have lost the desire to eat fruit or greens or to exercise. I don't know if all of this is the absolute truth but why would nature cause a woman to feel sick when eating healthy while pregnant? Wouldn't nature just want a woman to eat the healthiest food on earth to transfer them to the unborn child?

It doesn't seem to make any sense that these woman start to get sick from these healthy foods. What is really happening in these cases? Were these women just not following all the aspects of health besides food and therefore were sick when they ate certain healthy foods? Were they not getting enough nutrition before or during their pregnancy? What is the explanation?

I know there could be individual cases and each can be different but it seems like this is a common problem, with possibly a common cause?
