Thanks Just Me, I had no idea reading your posts
generally that you had been 811rv for such a short
time, same as me almost - you appear so knowledgeable
and focussed. (And snap about eating cooked veg at
Christmas - with subsequent constipation, even from 1
meal!). I realise it's a very unlikely question I'd
get anyone to answer exactly; we all make gradual
strides, it's not possible to do otherwise.

The idea is growing in my mind that I may make just
such a dietary switch in a couple of weeks, or when I
finish most of my existing conventional produce.

I've noticed a really significant change in going from
95% to 100% raw, but am hoping for many further
results.

Growing your own has to be best, that decision could
come in time too.

I feel so blessed and fortunate to have come into
contact with Dr G's knowledge.
