There are definitely natural cycles going on every year...spring, summer, fall, winter. :) I don't really know how they affect us & our diet. I do know I like warm much better than cold. :) I'm fine. Just finished playing in a tournament last weekend...7 matches in 2 days. Hurt my heel, so some rest is on my agenda this week.
