Ric, You are an inspiration to us all. Just because you don't follow 811rv to a "t", doesn't mean we all don't appreciate your input. I don't follow it to a "t" either yet I continue to derive inspiration from this board. You have to do what is best for your own situation yet drawing upon the value of following 811rv as closely as possible. Best wishes to you in your pursuit of health.
