My experience in the 7-8 years I've been eating low overt fats is that my weight stays virtually the same year round. Overts do tend to look more inviting in cold weather, but I really don't like the way they affect me, so I don't eat them very often. I may eat a bit more heavy fruit, like dates, in the winter (which is colder). Likewise, juicier, lighter fruits are more appealing in the summer (hot weather in Texas).
