Hey Eduardo, My experience in the 7-8 years I've been eating low overt fats is that my weight stays virtually the same year round. Overts do tend to look more inviting in cold weather, but I really don't like the way they affect me, so I don't eat them very often. I may eat a bit more heavy fruit, like dates, in the winter (which is colder). Likewise, juicier, lighter fruits are more appealing in the summer (hot weather in Texas). Hope you are doing well.
