When someone comes in here claiming to do 811 lfrv to the “t” and expresses symptoms similar to mine, it can be understood that I would want to run past them what helped me in similar circumstances. What I wrote was done late, just before bed. I do not have a book to refer them to, to provide all the details.

My experience runs contrary to your teaching on EFA’s and B12, so, I will never be a part of the 811 club, and will never be able to quote chapter and verse...at least not on those chapters. Without flax/chia and B12 I can not beat my illness.

You have laid out the not welcome mat in no uncertain terms to my method...and really, I knew it was coming. I will honor this and cease all such posts on this board.

I am a hygiene heretic, but I truly gave it the best I could...taking myself to the limit with both trials, nearly unable to work at the end of the no-B12 trial, and almost going to an ER to get some anti-psychotics at 3 months into the no-flax (O3) trial. With my body, the EFA ratio is as important as the macro-nutrient ratio.

I would not be all-raw without you...you showed me how to do it. And with your encouragement, I have become as much of an athlete that I ever could be...not much of one, mind you...but I am happy. :) I dedicated this night's bike workout to you, with thankful thoughts towards you the whole way.

You and Malkmus have helped me with my health more than any other persons on earth...drug free...symptom free...over a decade. At age 54, I am in my best health ever.
