Dr. Graham, thank you for taking the time to respond.
Its alarming to see you describe it as possible
'serious damage', but that sums up how i feel. I'd
love nothing more right now than to have you coach me
back to health but funding this may prove difficult.
I doubt serious damage gets reversed while on a
budget; at least not to a satisfactory degree.
If by practising 811 is the 'right thing', at some
point I must get some relief from the symptoms. I
understand that healing takes time and varies per
individual, but what would be an ample amount of time
to continue the course without any reversal of symptoms? I am assuming that my condition should at
least not get any worse by practising 811?
As far as the remainder of the program I believe I'm
doing quite well. My only shortcomings would be lack
of sunlight and possibly sleep. Sunlight this time of
year is not an option so i'm taking 1000 IU of D3
daily. I'm not tired but since going back to 811 I
wake up - wide awake - between 05:00 - 6:00. I'd
think I'd need more than 7 hours of sleep but I can't
force myself if i don't feel the need. I try to
exercise before most meals though the days I exercise
more are the one the symptoms are most intense.
Regards,
Mike
