I made an attempt at 811 in the past (7 months) but stopped for various reasons a little of a year ago. Since then my diet has been in a constant state of flux between cooked veg, fruit with a brief period of SAD and coffee/alcohol … As of the last several weeks my health has suffered drastically. With the exception of first thing in the morning and late at night, I experience constant brain fog, reduced concentration, memory, energy, mood swings, and constant thirst. In a desperate effort to help heal I've made the decision to go 'all-in' on 811. For the last 15 days I've eaten mono fruit meals (with the exception of 2-3 but still simple), no overts and followed the rest of the program outlined in 811 to the best of my abilities. My concern is that my symptoms are increasingly exacerbated after eating fruit meals - not so much veg - and it is counter-intuitive to keep eating like this. These symptoms are debilitating and I'm not sure how much longer I can continue. I feel disengaged while spending time with my wife/kids and I'm borderline useless at work. The only thing that keeps me going on the program is its sensibility and blind faith but my body appears to be responding negatively to what my head/heart are doing. Please help with whatever advice you may have. Regards, Mike
