I dont overdo on them. I consume them once in a while, instead of rarely like spring or maybe none at the summer. But i fell like i need them, if i try to restrain for long periods on autumm and winter.

I consume adequate calories from fruits, whenever the season is. I can fell that i have enough carbs and dont "crave" anything. But if i try to consume more then i fell i need, my body just indicates that it had enough sugar already, and know is looking for something else. And even consuming enough and maybe holding the same weight, i think or fell that i look thinner than in summer/spring.

I may be wrong for sure.

I believe our macronutrient ratio needs change slightily at this time of the year. Dont you think?
