Hi everyone, I was wondering why that in spring and summer i fell some what of a difference from autumm and winter, in terms of diet. Every time around february, although i eat the same amount that i have been eating on summer, i usually loose weight naturally and i a short while after, i get more fond of nuts and seeds and fell the need for a higher green consumption. Do you have any specific ideas to why this happens doug?? I believe is that, naturally, there would be less sweet fruits around, nuts and seeds start to occur (brazil nuts at least begin their season at this time here). I also heard Doug saying once about the shortage of food in spring, if it comes late (but here february would be almost the beginning of autumm, instead of spring. And i already read mosseri talking about the semi-fast that the hunzas do every spring, because of fruit shortage. Any comments on why i or we tend to become thinner specially every year, at this specific date? Is just me, or everybody fells the same thing? Thanks in advance, Ed.
