Hi Josh, Looks like Dr. Graham already answered your question you posted over on his foodnsport forum: "I wouldn't mix lots of fruit with starchy foods, as poor food combining is never a good idea. Eating a fruit breakfast and lunch while consuming cooked, fatty, or other lesser choices at the dinner meal won't give the benefits of 811, but also does not accelerate the damage done by such cooked, fatty, or other lesser choices."
