Subject:         Proper fruit combining with young Thai coconut
Date: February 25, 2012 at 12:52 pm PST

I just got my hands on some organic young Thai coconut but need some guidance as to what types of fruit combine with it for optimal digestibility. With respect to taste, I'd also welcome any specific fruit recommendations for combining it in a smoothie. In addition, since I am not a strict mono eater, meaning I tend to eat my fruit in sequence (based on highest water content first) usually with a short amount of time in between, I don't know which types of fruit, i.e., acid, sub-acid, sweet, are best to consume prior and which are best to consume subsequent to the coconut.
Anyone have an authoritative answer?

thanks,
br
