I've been doing 80/10/10 for the past two months now. But I notice frequent urination and excessive thirst. I believe I ate healthy in the past (80/10/10 cooked) but I feel more thirsty than ever on a high-fruit approach. I don't feel as thirsty on cooked food. It seems like the more fruit I eat the more thirsty I get. Why is this? I thought fruit had a lot of water in it?
