Subject:         Orange juice post workout

I know Dr. Graham isn't a fan of juicing, which I understand. However, I also understand that he's okay with fresh squeezed orange juice. Is orange juice (if given enough calories) as good for recovery than, say, a banana smoothie? It's a little more appealing to keep orange juice in my gym bag than a warm/browning banana smoothie.
