In anticipation of this question being raised, I thought I'd throw out there that strawberries are considered to be a very good source of iodine:

http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient&dbid=69#foodsources

World's Healthiest Foods ranked as quality sources of iodine

Sea Vegetables excellent [sea veggies are not rv]
Yogurt good [yogurt is not rv]
Milk very good [milk is not rv]
Eggs very good [eggs are not rv]
Strawberries very good [perfect! rv]
Cheese good [cheese is not rv]

Also, Dr. Graham has talked about his own b12 struggle many years ago; seems the archive monster has eaten his writings on this though. I recall he said he was under ridiculous amounts of stress and I believe he shared that frozen fruit smoothies were also a culprit. If it was me, I'd probably look at those lifestyle changes first.
