Ok, below are the results of my blood test that came back "bad" (Everything else seemed good and he even said that it was overall a pretty good blood test. If you need to know the numbers of anything in particular just ask.)
Vitamin D - (normal range is between 31.0 - 100.0) Mine was only 18.5
Vitamin B12 - (normal range is between 230 - 1050) Mine was only 152
Thyroid / TSH - (normal range is between 0.50 - 6.00) Mine was 7.98
He gave me a prescription for vitamin D pills that I'm supposed to take once a week (It's 50,000 international units) and a prescription for for my thyriod. (I tried posting the name but a warning popped up saying that I posted a word that isn't allowed to be posted here.) For b12 he just told me to get "Nature's Made" brand b12.
So, what would any of you do in this situation? I have no idea how "bad" these results are. He just told me that I shouldn't ignore them and that I should take the supplements.
