Hey Dr. Doug. I think you misread that or just skimmed through it. The AF thing has nothing to do with whether you are on No Overts, No Overts Plus, or what regimen you are doing in your journey. "AF" would be a designation for anyone with years of experience who has met certain basic criteria. "NO" or "NO+" are just names for a regimen one might be doing for a time. An "Advanced Frugivore" might be doing NO-Plus one week and the next week might be adding in raw fat and be in the 811 range. Or they might go to straight No Overts, including bananas or dates. There is no contention on my part that anyone who does NO+, for a week or a month or a day gets some kind of AF designation for just that. You know I think you are the greatest. But at some point this Frugivore lifestyle has to go past the "80-10-10" moniker and be universal. It is already happening. Your program is unparalleled. And you have brought this diet back to the forefront of where it belongs, as the natural diet of human beings. But you do not own the frugivore diet. And there is a need for better, more universal terminology. That is all I am saying. And thanks for what you have done ME and for untold thousands, and even millions, of other people in generations to come. With the greatest respect, your friend, Maltron (Malcolm).
