that sounds cool and thanks for writing back. however, i don't have a bar and i can't install one, i am a guest where i live now. i have one of those doorway leveraged bars at home (which is far away) i suppose i could get another one but i live with only one suitcase right now! so i was just wondering about totally equipment-free options. or possibly something with a resistance band, or something else in a doorway or under the coffee table :)
