You are probably right. Durian is a difficult to digest fruit with a higher amount of fat and sugar than most fruits. It is not however as difficult to digest as legumes and high fat non-sweet fruits like avocado and nuts and seeds as it contains less fat (in fact less than half the fat). Some people might have a difficult time digesting it. No, it is not a perfect food just because it is from nature. Nature produces many foods that are far from perfect. Eat it and see what you feel like. If you enjoy it then you can include it in your diet and it can fit in a 811rv diet as the fat portion as long as you keep the overall fat percentage below 10% for the long haul.
