can someone explain to me why durian IS NOT a poorly "combined" food? i realize that it's a pure product of nature and nature makes "perfect" foods -- but it contains sugar and fat? not as much as an avo, but a fair amount (30%). is it not an innately poor food combo? is it really a health building food, or more of a recreational calorie source? the nutrient content reminds me of cream cheese... diabetes breeding grounds.
