During the summer I get lots and lots of sunshine, it's just that for the past few months there hasn't been very many sunny days. When the sun is out I make it a point to get outside and get some sun on me even though it's cold this time of year.

I plan to go there tomorrow and ask for a copy of the results so I can share the exact numbers. I won't agree to any thyroid medication. I haven't taken so much as a headache pill in close to a decade so the last thing I want is to start taking hormones that you supposedly have to take the rest of your life.
