Well today for example I ate 3 meals of bananas and celery (12 bananas and 3 big celery sticks per meal) and then I'm going to have a big vegetables salad later on with zucchini, swiss card, tomatoes, a little avocado, and some bell peppers. (This is a typical day for me and my fat intake is always either 8 or 9 percent at the highest and 4 or 5 at the lowest and I eat green vegetables everyday.)
I looked around on-line and found several different symptoms of hypothyroidism. Most of them aren't ones that I can say that I've experienced, however there are a few...
1. "Feeling cold in the hands and feet" - I have experienced coldness in my hands, but not my feet.
2. "Fatigue" - I have experienced some fatigue, but I also experienced a lot of sleeping problems that I feel is the cause of the fatigue.
3. "Aches and pains in muscles or joints" This could just be due to lifting heavy. (I lift weights)
4. "Depression" - This could be caused by lack of sleep or the low B12 or vitamin D.
Other than that there are no symptoms listed on-line that I can say that I have experienced.
