Please go back to my original inquiry and answer all the questions to the best of your ability. I don't know what "doing 80/10/10 Raw Vegan" means, specifically. One person's definition of that can be vastly different from another's.
From The 80-10-10 Diet: "You are not following 80/10/10 if less than 2% of your total calories come from vegetables and leafy greens . . . your caloric intake is insufficient to maintain your desired body weight . . . you burn less than 40% of your total calories through physical activity . . . your habitual sleep pattern doesn't meet your body's needs . . . you eat all day long rather than one to four meals a day . . . you lack emotional poise . . . you expose your fully (or substantially) unclothed skin to moderate sunlight less than 30 minutes per day . . . ." p. 239.
Also, you didn't answer whether you have any symptoms from any of these low counts. Do you?
Peeing once an hour seems quite excessive. Do you really "need" to be drinking that much water?
Here is Dr. Graham's take on the pee issue:
Just trying to get a bit more information in order to assist with the diet/lifestyle aspect of things, Jason. And, also, to assist Dr. Graham if he is able to check in and offer any words of wisdom.
