Subject:         Diagnosed with low thyroid. Have to see the doctor tomorrow.

I was just told over the phone that I have "Low Thyriod" and that I have to see the doctor about it tomorrow. Can anyone please give me some advice ahead of time? I honestly know next to nothing about this problem and at this point will almost have to take the doctor's word on it.

Can someone please help me out? I've been doing 80/10/10 for 1 year exactly a week from today. This problem could have existed earlier. I just don't want to have to take drugs. Any advice???
