hi dr doug and 811 gang finally here i am. i didnt ask questions or give feedback for a long time and probably never commented. i gotta jump in cuz it s fun being rawfully healthy and learning from each other. many times i wanted to ask some questions but many of u seemed to read my mind. of course i became technically lazy. i do religiously read this great dr doug s support message board. talk more later :) thank u again tbc
