I'm studying nutrition in school and recently learned from my text that only so much glucose can be stored in the liver and muscle cells before it is then stored in the fat cells (as fat presumably?). If this is true, then would most 80/10/10 folks be pudgey if they weren't so athletic? I keep hearing from the 811 folks that dietary fat is what makes people gain excess weight. I'd just appreciate some insight on this because it's confusing me.
