i don't have any of the above fears...

I verily muchily greatly admire those who are iron strong in bein pure 811rv'ers for years and years given the societal pressures and habits of past upbringing etc. I too would like to be just like them. I know in my heart that 811rv really is the gold standard of eating and lifestyle and just fits 'me' 'my personality' but i do have my past habits, upbringing, societal pressures etc. to 'fight with' and overcome, be stronger than, so please bear this in mind and understand. I am 99% there though :)

great ! my issue, as always, is that people who don't know or understand or do 811 properly, blame the diet...
