Hello Gary :)

I was very busy yesterday just bein able to be on the net sporadically for short periods of time here and there and thus just now read your last post to me as well as to susie below and so would like to respond ta ya here up above on them.

I can fully understand your side and sense your frustration, anger, feelings of threat, own insecurities in regards to 811rv and so I would like to reassure you that you have nothing to fear, worry about with me nor with susie either. Please understand that none of us are ever perfect and we all have our temptations and slip ups here and there throughout our journey here on earth. I verily muchily greatly admire those who are iron strong in bein pure 811rv'ers for years and years given the societal pressures and habits of past upbringing etc. I too would like to be just like them. I know in my heart that 811rv really is the gold standard of eating and lifestyle and just fits 'me' 'my personality' but i do have my past habits, upbringing, societal pressures etc. to 'fight with' and overcome, be stronger than, so please bear this in mind and understand. I am 99% there though :)
