to the Youtube video that the Rawbrahs posted about 80/10/10. I did find one but not sure if it is the one you saw.

Also these guys are just trying to jump on the raw food bandwagon and make lots of money like Fred Patenaude and many others who are not even raw and then try to speak like an expert on raw.

I have no respect for these kinds of people. They are just too lazy to get a real job and / or make money selling something that they have integrity in. If they are not raw then sell books about not being raw and don't call yourself the rawbrahs.

I know nothing about birdwatching so I should write a book about birdwatching...and tell others what kind of birdwatching is good and bad. Why would someone want to follow these people? Beats me. Stick to what you know and what you do - if you can't do it then don't make any claims about it.

Someone said they were on 811 for just 6 weeks. Who knows, maybe not even 6 meals. Nobody knows what someone else is eating except the person eating or someone with them 24 hours a day.
