i have read quite a few of your posts and it appears that you don't really follow the diet- are repeatedly criticizing it , have the misunderstanding that we are all "different" and only some can thrive on it

and regarding drawing conclusions, i meant that you say things like, i cut down my fat and "this" happened, and it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with fat.
