Now, I was most very muchly Not trying to make 'any point' as you so describe it as, but merely just trying to understand and see clearer, brighter the reality of is all period!

Sad how some of your employees describe, say otherwise to potential clients, event goers of yours.... :( Time to reassemble all and retrain, talk to em maybe?....
