Bad luck Prab ;-(

I have had many root canal treatments due to
extrememly poor dental health since my early teens. I
never had any obvious related problems, but there is
no telling how it affects systemically.

Bear in mind also, root canal work will structurally
disrupt the tooth structure, and may result in root
abcess down the line (This happened to ALL of mine, but
they were doubtless weaker than yours anyway, plus I
was not nearly so health-aware then). One option is
to have the damaged tooth removed, and have cosmetic
work done to create a bridge (artificial tooth
attached to the good teeth either side). Better still
but more expense, a dental implant with a resin tooth
attached, which will never decay. From experience, I
would consider the latter.
