I haven't been at the walking tour, but I did attend the fasting retreat a
few years ago, and yes, sunbathing sans clothing was allowed at the
pool area only, which was quite a walk from the dining, meeting and
sleeping areas, where most of the activity took place. I tried to do a
little of it each day, and during the 6 weeks I was there I saw maybe 3
others do it also. Most of the time I had the pool area to myself. It's
not like there was a big nekkid party going on down there. :) I
certainly wouldn't let that affect your decision to attend one way or the
other.

Dr. G asked at the beginning of the retreat if anyone objected to
people sunbathing without clothing at the pool only, and no one did.
Personally, I think it's a very healthful practice.
