My father want to start raw food diet but he likes more high fat approach. He wants to eat avocados and greens as staple with some berries added in because it is easier for him to afford. Dont know what to say for my father. Could one survive on diet based only on avocadoes and greens? What would be long term consequences following such diet, symptoms (for about 6 months)?
