For me, there is no set time or order to do my workouts. I do get into certain routines as a result of the other commitments I have in my life. I just do as much as I can, as much as I want, according to what my body tells me...i.e. have I had sufficient recovery? Also what are my goals, and how much time do I have? Some people like to do their training early in the day, but I prefer later because afterwords I am pretty tired & want to relax & rest. You'll find your preferences. Have fun. :)
