I am quite new to exercising, but am loving it. I have some
questions though:

I enjoy Ashtanga Yoga (90min/session), running (30-
75min/session), and recently got into weight training
(30min/session). I would love to do all 3 every day, but that
does not work time wise. Ideally i would spend only 2 hours
exercising each day, so that probably means doing only 2 of
these activities.

Do you think it is better to do them immediately after each
other (e.g., work out 2 hours straight in the morning)? If
so, in what sequence? Or distribute them over the day? If so,
any idea what is better to do in the morning or in the
evening?

Can you recommend an ebook or website that could educate me
on these basic questions about getting fitter?

Sorry for the length of the question.
Thank you so much!
