Cooked starch is a staff of life. It is a crutch to use when there are no fresh fruits, used to survive, not to thrive. Crutches cripple. Organic cooked starch: * low-fat = yes * whole = no * fresh = no * ripe = not applicable * raw = no * organic = yes * plant = yes Fruit has all yeses. Besides those: * They are tasteless. * They require more energy to digest, assimilate, and utilize nutrients. * Cooking bypasses sensory safeguards that normally protect the body from ingesting unnatural and unhealthy substances.
