Subject:	Shower Filter - which do you use Doug?

Doug - I live in the UK and am aware you spend some of your time here too.

Do you use a shower filter? If so - which one do you recommend? What water do you drink when you are in the UK?

I live in London and currently buy from an organic wholesaler - I find that sometimes the fruit can be hit and miss and it has caused me to fall off the wagon when my stash of bananas turn grey (probably due to cold store).

Where do you buy your fruit from when you are in the UK? I know you mentioned at your talk in the UK in December that you get it from your local Fruit and Veg store in Sussex? - the source initially must come from a wholesaler in London (you would think??). Do you know the source of your produce when you are in the UK?

I spend about £150 on fruit/veg each week and can't afford to buy any more grey bananas :-(
