Heidi Jane, compare yourself with yourself. Keep asking the question, how am I compared to the last time I checked? Those other people who don't take health seriously are going to accumulate sickness and will predictably decline, some faster than others. We must keep spreading the message and then stop to let those people ponder what we said. Also we must be the best example that we can be, for ourselves and for others. We are the leaders.
