I would say to abstain from avocados for a short time to get rid of the strong desire for them. Then, you'll have the discipline to add only small amounts of avocado back into your diet, if you wish to consume overt fats. I am going to stay overt-fat free because of my concern for hair loss and because of my success of being overt-fat free. Eating is more simple because because fat is automatically less than 10% of my calories without thinking about it. The answer for balancing the sweet fruits is what Just Me said in the response below your message. Eat tender leaves (lettuce, celery, etc.) and non-sweet fruit (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.). The minerals from these will balance the sweet fruits.
