once i open an avocado and eat only half, the other half the next day is not as good, pretty yucko, so i try to buy a small one and eat whole thing. i don't like obsessing by measurin out my food daily, nor counting calories nor goin online to plug in every single food item calculating this and that and this and that etc. soooo what i've been doin is just listennin to my mind and body signals on when i am full as well as hungry and eatin emotionally on the fruits and greens and veggies i 'feel like havin, appeal to me' for whatever reasons they may be. eaten overt fats till i feel satisfied whether it is over 10 percent or not keeps me happy emotionally as well as satisfied physically for close to 24 hours which i like cause then i don't have to be bothered with visitin the bathroom as often nor in eating all that time as i am mega active physically thru most of wakin moments of day and i don't feel bit tired, run down from the overt fats either like others say they do. maybe its cause i just need the extra fats for some reason from my lifestyle??? omega 3 seeds??? what are they??? hemp and chia seeds??? ....they sound like some unnecessary marketing ploy superfood and i am not attracted to nuts and seeds in any way so don't eat em but will eat em when mixed up in recipe or as a nut butter for some reason??? maybe cause i can digest em better that way. avocadoes i love and when i 'feel' like eatin em, i'll sometimes deny myself of em and other times will break down and eat em. best though if i stay away from em, cause hard to just eat little bit of em, for example you love someone right? well would u give em only a little quickie hug or a big long one? see, get what i mean here... ;)
