Heidi, in this instance, when you say, "definitely," you mean "theoretically," correct? To my knowledge, no study of any human has ever been done whereby the test subjects experienced long-term fat deficiency.

That said, the covert fats in fruits and vegetables are theoretically enough to supply what we need in order to meet all of our fat requirements.

I am not against the consumption of avocado, (you don't need to defend it, or your enjoyment of it, for we are not attacking) and I don't doubt that we could list the nutritional and health benefits of every food and non-food substance. Such a list hijacks the nature of the conversation, however. We were discussing one thing, and got sidetracked by the introduction of a new topic.

Oh, btw, I wouldn't ASSUME that all three of the RawBrahs have read The 80/10/10 Diet just because they were in attendance at the WFF. I met many people there who hadn't read the book.
