my personal experience with 811rv was superior results mentally and physically cold turkey for just a few weeks nonovert and longer i stuck with it got even better results all except for the omittin of overt fats for many months on end with my eyesight...???

rawbrahs say in their utube video that devoted 811ers are sufferin from somethin called orthoexia especially the purely organic followers of it. and that ya can't just expect to eat 811rv and poof magic happens, but in my situation poof lotsa magic did happen. and i saw similar results on my daughter and husband whom are high 90% but not completely 100% as of yet. and when they deviate it is with whole complete vegan foods.

juuuust breaks my heart to lotsa little pieces to see/hear these so-called devoted 811'ers turnin their backs on 811rv is all :'( as would like to see us grow and become more rather than less...
