definitely have a lack of DHA, which is needed by brain, thus an increased risk of alzheimer's (this is documented, read it from dr. Fuhrman's blog)......?????
also, w/o overt fats i feel like i'm never fully plugged up so to say... and i thus need to eat lotsa more fruits and uuuuhhhh and i mean lotsa and i'm very very petite almost child size for an adult but i can surely pack in the carb fruits mega big time same as a full size adult and feel embarrassed to have others see and watch in stunnin amazement, thus i always find myself eatin all alone as takes me hour often of nonstop fruit consumption literally!!! when i publicly ate this way and even in front of my husband and daughter and son they were like.... ooooh gosh ''you're still eatin''??? uuuh like whoooa.... there slow down and not soooo much, as i was eatin em out of house and home sendin us to the poor house and would have to remortgage house to keep up with my addiction to fruits.... the fruits go in and come out quickly and then i'm left feelin empty and need to fill up again in few more hours or soooo...
at least with an overt fat i am ''plugged up'' for longer term...

it also just greatly stuns, surprises me immensely beyond words to hear, read and view utube videos of so-called gung how devoted 811ers havin negative results and walkin away from 811rv for good instead of fightin it and tryin their bestest to stick with it long term is all and i was greatly stunned and surprised as well to find lotsa false 811ers at this fruit festival :/ not a good example for others whom are lookin for support and comradership from other like-minded 811ers is all... : /
