Yes, thanks. Well afternoon and evenings the quality of my food and the intake varies. Honestly, I will have snacks on crunchy stuff, like chips, but gluten free cause I am sensitive, I love peanuts even though I had to cut them out they make me feel terrible. I try as much as I can to end my evening with a salad that consists of avocado, flax oil, raw greens, celtic sea salt, lemon, ACV, tomatoes, purple onion, and other raw veggies. The last time I had a real bad hypoglycemic episode a few days ago, I had ended my evening with that same salad, so I have been a little skittish about eating it at night again lol. But the thing that mystifies my is my reaction to the fruit, the crazy cloudy thinking right after consuming it, and the thirst and irritability. Maybe the irritability is just the frustration of it all. The other night I ate some turkey chili with beans(i know)out of desperation because of a hypoglycemia site I went on, and slept great and felt great the next morning. Better than I have in awhile. But I want to get off animals and onto live foods as much as possible so I don't want to live the way I did two days ago when I actually felt better.
