Everybody asking me "how old is he" reply themselves: "6 months?" NOOOO he is 11 months old... I just dont like it. And I cant find any info on how much protein raw children eat... There are recommendations for "normal" babies to eat much much protein... So is it exagerrated and not true? it is evident that a raw baby cannot eat that much protein - from what??? only fruit and some veggies? as every mother I want the best for my baby, but I dont know what it is... there is so little information on raw babies... I bought a book by Karen Ranzi, I havent read it all... but it doesnt seem to me that she is speaking about proteins...or protein myth.
I know that adults dont need it in amounts more than 10%. I have your book. But what about infants?
