Looking at the link to the complaint, I noticed that the case was filed in January of last year (2011). I went ahead and looked it up on the court's website (free to the public) and saw that the case was dismissed in May of 2011.

I did find the typos in the complaint to be quite humorous, particularly: "Plaintiff here by demands that this action be heard before a jury of her peers." Um, the plaintiff was David Wolfe. David wanted the case heard before a jury of HER peers? Tee hee! :)

So, let's get back to our previously scheduled programming, shall we?
