Hi Taylor,
Dr. Graham is at a walking event in Costa Rica with limited email access, so I'm just going to throw some thoughts out there while you wait for his response, okay?
1. Dr. Graham recommends that the optimal amount of urination be around 10x per 24 hour period, including once or twice each night. How many times are you going each 24 hour period?
2. I question why you are drinking so much water? If you are eating sufficient juicy fruit at your meals, you really shouldn't need to drink much water (if any). I'm reading here that you are drinking over 1/2 gallon during the night -- no wonder you have to pee so much during the night!
3. You say you have been following "the diet," but the juice you have listed here is not from The 80-10-10 Diet; have you read the book? Juices are not recommended, except for fresh squeezed orange juice with pulp.
4. You may want to consider adding celery, "more than worth it's salt." http://foodnsport.com/blog/articles/celery-more-than-worth-its-salt.php
5. You've only been at this for about a week, and just a couple days sans nuts. Stay consistent, get plenty of rest, and keep asking questions, okay? And, read the book as soon as you get chance! :)
